Proposals from APS staff members are very short, do not expire, and are reviewed through processes developed by the APS. Details about APS staff proposals can be found in the APS Policy and Procedure for APS Staff Beam Time. 

This category covers requests for time to carry out research on the staff member's own beamline. For projects on other beamlines, APS staff members apply for time as general users.
